Yoga Teacher Training & Mentorship
Yoga teacher training has become one of the greatest joys of my work. Since teaching my first class in 2010, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students on their mats and now supporting aspiring teachers as they deepen their practice and discover their own authentic voice.
As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200 & RYS 300), my trainings are intentionally small, community-centered, and rooted in both traditional yoga philosophy and real-life application. Through embodied movement, practice teaching, self-inquiry, and meaningful connection, my intention is to create an experience that extends far beyond certification.
Whether you're interested in a 200-hour foundation, advanced 300-hour study, or ongoing mentorship, I believe learning happens best in relationship… with ourselves, our practice, and each other.
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
My 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved teacher training is offered in intentionally small cohorts and blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern teaching methodology, anatomy, sequencing, meditation, ethics, embodied leadership, and extensive practice teaching.
Training locations may vary throughout the Fort Worth area from cohort to cohort, allowing each experience to be thoughtfully curated while remaining rooted in the same philosophy of connection, growth, and community.

Explore the 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Designed for 200-hour certified teachers seeking deeper study, refined teaching skills, and meaningful community, my 300-hour training program expands beyond foundational certification into the art of embodied leadership and lifelong practice. The program emphasizes intelligent sequencing, functional anatomy, yoga philosophy, communication, and real-world application while encouraging each trainee to cultivate greater confidence, authenticity, and presence as both a teacher and a human being.
More than an advanced certification, this training is an invitation to continue evolving your practice, deepen your understanding of yoga, and step more fully into your unique voice as a leader. My intention is to create a learning environment that is both structured and supportive—one that challenges teachers to grow while honoring the individuality of each student and fostering a lifelong relationship with the practice.

Yoga Mentorship Gatherings
In addition to teacher training, I offer mentorship gatherings for yoga teachers and trainees seeking continued support, refinement, and growth in their teaching journey.
These 1:1 and small group experiences create space for practice teaching, sequencing support, thoughtful feedback, open conversation, and meaningful connection within a supportive environment.
Whether you’re newly certified or years into teaching, mentorship can help you reconnect with your purpose and continue evolving with confidence and clarity.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe the best teachers are lifelong students.
The more embodied we become, the more comfortable we feel in our own skin, and the more deeply we understand how our body and mind work, the more joy, ease, and authenticity we naturally experience in everyday life. To me, this is one of yoga's greatest gifts.
While teacher training includes anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and technique, it is also an invitation into deeper self-awareness, presence, leadership, and authentic connection. The practices we study on the mat become tools for living more intentionally off the mat.
For me, yoga teacher training isn't simply about learning to teach yoga. It's about becoming more fully yourself… and then sharing that way of being with the people whose lives you're meant to touch.
